During my recent transit stay in Jekabpils, I chose to book a room at Old Town Apartments. The convenience of being located near the nearest airport, which is just 149 km away, was certainly a plus for me. as a frequent traveler, I appreciated the fact that Old Town Apartments is part of my trusted database for accommodations.

Although the apartments themselves were clean and well-equipped, I did notice a slight drawback during my stay. The hallway on the ground floor had a slightly humid air and a faint smell of a cellar.

The room itself was small, but it had everything I needed - comfortable beds, modern equipment, and a cosy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the recent renovations and the availability of towels, toiletries, and even a coffee maker. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and getting the key was hassle-free with the code box outside the door. The peaceful atmosphere in the evening made for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The location of these apartments was superb, right in the heart of the old town. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and attractions. The cosy room was perfect for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I really appreciated having a small kitchenette with pans, kettles, and everything I needed to prepare a meal. The fact that I didn't have to go out for every meal was a big plus for me.

One downside was the smell of mold that hit me as soon as I entered the apartment. It seemed like there might be some mold issues in the building, which was not pleasant.
